A new high-order nine-point stencil, based on integrated-RBF approximations, for the first biharmonic equation

This paper is concerned with the development of a new compact 9-point stencil, based on integrated-radial-basis-function (IRBF) approximations, for discretisation first biharmonic equation in two dimensions. Derivatives not only order but also second and higher are included approximations stencil. These nodal derivative values, except boundary values derivative, directly derived from variable along grid lines rather than equation, they updated through iteration. With these features, double conditions imposed proper way. The enforced at points near without any special treatments. More importantly, enable IRBF solution to be highly accurate influenced by RBF width. There no need searching optimal value proposed stencil can used solve problem defined rectangular/non-rectangular domain. A fast convergence rate respect refinement (up ten) achieved.
